A Grand Jury was held in Quincy on Monday, August 13, where two Gadsden County men were indicted on first-degree murder charges.
In addition to two counts of murder, Arderrious Smith was indicted on two counts of discharging a firearm from a vehicle and two counts of shooting at, into, or within a vehicle.
Smith is accused of firing into vehicles, fatally shooting 23-year-old Quadre Kirkland and 19-year-old Ashanti Lewis in August during two separate incidents.
Juan Najera-Santana, who was also indicted that day, is accused of fatally stabbing his wife to death with a knife.
