Gadsden County residents will have an opportunity to receive health screenings and connect with health care providers and community organizations during the Gadsden Health Expo next month.
FSU Health will host the event Saturday, Oct. 17, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Gadsden County Courthouse, 10 E. Jefferson St. in Quincy.
The expo’s theme is “Taking Charge: Your Health and Wellness Matters.”
According to information from Florida State University, the event will feature health screenings, educational resources, family-friendly activities, giveaways and opportunities for residents to learn about health-related research.
Attendees will also have opportunities to interact with health care providers, wellness experts and community organizations and learn about programs and services available to individuals and families.
The Gadsden Health Expo is being held in connection with Florida State University’s 2026 Discovery Days, a series of events highlighting research and related activities at the university.
FSU Health, Discovery Days and Gadsden County are participating in the event.
