- Ellen Defleron – FTA: no valid driver’s license (two counts).
- Harvey Burch – Possession of a prescription drug without a prescription.
- Jason Rudd – Possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Shambreka Wright – Hold for Okaloosa County.
- Elian Reyes – Hold for Bay County, fleeing and eluding law enforcement, reckless driving, and resisting arrest without violence.
