HVAC DESIGN, INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE SERVICES
The Havana History & Heritage Society (HHHS) is seeking proposals from qualified HVAC contractors to evaluate, recommend, furnish, and install heating and cooling systems for the historic Planters Exchange Site, located at 204 2nd Street NW, Havana, Florida.
Project includes HVAC solutions for:
Auditorium (approx. 5,700 sq. ft.)
Tower Exhibit Area (approx. 2,500 sq. ft.)
Interested firms should have experience with commercial HVAC systems and historic structures.

I shall offer this property for sale, at 31556 Blue Star Highway, at CITY OF MIDWAY, County of Gadsden, State of Florida, on JULY 21, 2026 at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as possible, I will offer for sale all of the said Defendant’s, right, title and interest in aforesaid property at public auction and will sell the same, subject to taxes, all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder for CASH IN HAND PLUS FLORIDA STATE SALES TAX, if applicable. The proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above described execution.
