CLAIM OF LIEN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Quincy-Gadsden Airport Authority, whose physical address is 1300 Airport Drive, Quincy, FL 32352, mailing address PO Box 1905, Quincy, FL 32353 files an official CLAIM OF LIEN on the contents of Hangar D-7 at the Quincy Municipal Airport. Hangar D-7 is owned by the Quincy-Gadsden Airport Authority. The contents of Hangar D-7 are owned by Charles Brewer, whose mailing address is 2110 Shady Lane, Monroe, NC 28110, and has accrued $5,725.00 in fees and charges for his eviction, transportation, and storage of items left in Hangar D-7. The lienor has served its notice to the owner of the contents and all persons having a legal or equitable interest in the contents of Hangar D-7 on July 21, 2025.
