The fourth annual Dancing by the River festival was held at Chattahoochee’s River Landing Park on Saturday, June 3.
The event began at 10 a.m. and lasted until 6 p.m. and featured live music, food, and craft vendors, and a colorful train for the kids that made a circuit around the park.
The event was sponsored by the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Committee of Chattahoochee.
Chattahoochee, and the committee president, Ira Daniels, could be seen onstage in the afternoon, playing the blues with his band Ghee.
Also performing at the event was Blues singer Sheila B. Sexi, and deejay services were provided by DJ Groove Entertainment.
Many vendors set up around the park to offer food and crafts, including Conch City Catering, Champs Italian Ice, Cakes by Liz, Nova’s Lemonade Stand, J Hipp Fashion Bags and More, S&K Glam Boutique, and more.
