TO: ROBERT LEE HARRISON, JR., A.K.A. ROBERT LESTER HARRISION, JR., AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING A SECURITY OR OTHER INTEREST IN THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY:


The above-described property was seized pursuant to the provisions of the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act, Fla. Stat. 932.701-7062, by the Havana Police Department (HPD) on March 21, 2025, at or in the vicinity of Havana, Gadsden County, Florida. HPD is currently in possession of said property and has filed a complaint for forfeiture of said property in the 2nd Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. To protect your rights, you must file an Answer to the Complaint with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, 10 East Jefferson Street, Quincy, Florida, 32351, within twenty (20) days of this publication. You must also serve a copy of your Answer on counsel for the HPD, Rosena H. Finklea, 3505 Kilkenny East, Tallahassee, Florida, 32309. Failure to do so may result in the entry of a default against you and a Final Order of Forfeiture of the above-described property.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS

     The administration of the estate of Josie S. McMillan, deceased, whose date of death was July 14, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for Gadsden County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 10 E. Jefferson Street, Quincy, Florida 32351. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative’s attorney are set forth below.

     All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this court ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.

     The personal representative has no duty to discover whether any property held at the time of the decedent’s death by the decedent or the decedent’s surviving spouse is property to which the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at Death Act as described in ss. 732.216-732.228, Florida Statutes, applies, or may apply, unless a written demand is made by a creditor as specified under s. 732.2211, Florida Statutes. The written demand must be filed with the clerk.

     All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.

     ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702 WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
