Longtime Chattahoochee resident Joyce Allen recently lent her unique talents to the local Lions Club. Allen painstakingly handcrafted and sewed two unique dolls – a Raggedy Ann and Andy; then, after hours of meticulous stitching, she donated her distinctive handiwork to the Chattahoochee Lions Club for inclusion in its annual Easter Basket. Lions Club officials expressed gratitude and joy for Allen’s thoughtful gift. The organization’s Easter Basket is expected to make its first appearance of 2019 in mid-March at the Chattahoochee branch of Envision Credit Union, according to members.
