Farm Bureau offers scholarships to local youth

Florida Farm Bureau Federation celebrates 81 years in agriculture

The Farm Bureau’s goal is to increase the net income for local farmers through educational and legislative programs on the county, state, and federal levels.

For more than 60 years, theFarm Bureau has served in this community through insurance, lobbying for farmers and ranchers, member benefits, and through agriculture in the classroom. The Farm Bureau supports youth programs in our county and state.

One of the ways it  supports local youth is with the Gadsden County Farm Bureau Youth Scholarship.

The Gadsden County Farm Bureau gives out a scholarship every year to a graduating senior whose parent/legal guardian has been a Gadsden County Farm Bureau member in good standing for at least one year.

Students can pick up an application at the Quincy or Havana office.

Applications are due by 4:30 P.M. on April 17, 2023.
