Sheriff’s Office participates in Greensboro Elementary’s career day

The Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office Deputies and staff visited with a group of students during Greensboro Elementary School’s career day on Friday, April 14.

Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office Youth Services Captain Anglie Holmes and Gadsden and Civil Clerk Nikkitria Shaw spoke to the students about being respectful and making positive choices to be whatever they want when they become adults.

Deputy Stephanie Brown, Deputy Stacy Youmans, Investigator Manny De’Leon and Deputy Justin O’Connor all shared fun moments they’ve had while working as patrol deputies, as well as their experiences as being a part of the SWAT team.

In a press release, Sheriff Morris Young says he encourages and supports partnerships with the schools and communities by forming a positive bond to bridge the gap with Law enforcement.
