The race is on! Candidates to face off in municipal elections

Several municipal seats around Gadsden County are up for grabs as Election Day approaches.

The 2023 Municipal Super Tuesday is set for April 25.

In the City of Quincy, early voting began on Tuesday, April 18 and ends on Saturday, April 22, and is being held at the Gadsden county Supervisor of Elections office.

The hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. until Friday, April 21 and from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 22.

On Tuesday, April 25, the election will be held at Quincy’s City Hall from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

There is no early voting option for Midway, Havana and Greensboro.

Polls will open at 7 a.m. and close at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 25.

In Midway, the election will be held at the Eugene Lamb Recreation Center, located at 420 Palmer Road in Midway.

In Havana, the election will be held on Tuesday, April 25 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m at the Havana Public Library, located at 203 5th Ave. E in Havana.

In Greensboro, the election will be held on Tuesday, April 25 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m at Greensboro Town Hall, located at 150 E 11th St. in Greensboro.
