The City of Midway hosted its annual Back-to-School Bash on Saturday, Aug. 5.
The event was held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Eugene Lamb Recreation Center, with parents and children stopping by throughout the day.
The city gave away free backpacks, free haircuts and free grilled hotdog meals.
There was a bounce house and DJ there also, for entertainment.
The city also raffled off $25 gift cards every hour during the event.
