The Town of Sneads seeks proposals for Town Attorney services from interested municipal attorneys and law firms. The Town anticipates that submitted proposals will identify a Town Attorney who is primarily responsible for legal services to the Town and will be appointed Town Attorney by the Town Council under the Town Charter. The successful respondent(s) will provide legal representation in the following areas; General Municipal, Land Use, and Labor Employment.
